In January this year Cheltenham-based Attivo announced its plans to double current funds under management to £1bn by 2017 with at least six adviser firm acquisitions planned for the next 12 months.

This year the firm has already acquired two firms, Middlesex-based Anthony Etkind and Amersham-based Alistair Clift, adding a further £60m funds under management.

Stephen Harper, chief executive of Attivo Group, said: “The combination of Sue and Tim’s extensive financial services industry experience will provide a real boost to our growing ranks: together they add another 30+ years of knowledge with great management experience.

“We are really pleased to have them on board and confident that our growing client base will reap considerable benefit from their appointments.”
