Former Premier chief investment officer Mike Jennings has joined TT International as an investment strategist and head of client relations.
In his new role, Mr Jennings will not directly run client money but will work on the firm’s investment team developing its top-down view as well as helping out with stock ideas.
As well as his investment role, he will also spend part of his time reporting to the firm’s clients.
TT International is an equities-focused asset management group focused solely on the institutional marketplace, running a range of long-only equity and hedge fund mandates.
Mr Jennings left Premier Asset Management in November last year after nearly six years with the firm and was replaced by Neil Birrell.
Mr Jennings was CIO and head of global equities at Premier while also running the Premier Strategic Growth fund, which was taken on by Jake Robbins when Mr Jennings left.
Prior to joining Premier, Mr Jennings had worked at Morley Fund Management for six years, latterly as head of global equities having joined from Sarasin in 2001 as head of global themed investment.
