The programme, founded by Marvin Reese and Tracy Jolliff, is in its third year and invites 10 to 15 young people with high potential, but from disadvantaged backgrounds or groups under-represented in leadership to take part in a series of workshops, seminars and coaching from distinguished business leaders, followed by 12 months of personal mentoring.
