With regard to Scottish Widows failure to deal properly with its GARs (28 August), I emailed one of its business reps for the new business email address, as I was sending important documentation.
I was given the wrong email address. When I went back to the rep and reminded her that the strapline on her email read “striving for 10/10 service standards”, when she was not even meeting 1 out of 10 service standards, I was told: “I am only human.” She gave me another email address and, you guessed, that was wrong too.
