Network Openwork has created a Route to Chartered Status programme to help its advisers achieve chartered status.
Last year, Openwork launched its graduate training academy, which helps Openwork member firms build succession planning into their practices.
According to Mike Gummerson, development director at Openwork, the new Route to Chartered Status programme will provide principals, advisers, paraplanners and other nominated members of the business with flexible tutor-led support as they seek to achieve the gold standard designation.
The programme, which will initially deliver face-to-face support at Openwork’s headquarters in Swindon, will enable advisers to study at their own pace. Each AF (advanced) study module will be delivered over three days rather than the standard two, with participant numbers capped at 12 for each module to create the most effective learning environment.
Advisers who already hold AF qualifications can join the programme to acquire the additional points they need to achieve chartered status.
Subject to demand, Openwork will seek to deliver the courses at a number of locations around the country.
