Peer-to-peer lender RateSetter has joined forces with Creative Industry Finance to help artistic and cultural enterprises secure funding.
RateSetter will be the first business of its kind to join Creative Industry Finance’s existing network of lenders. RateSetter’s founder and CEO, Rhydian Lewis commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity to support a vital part of the UK’s economy.”
Creative Industry Finance is funded by Arts Council England and delivered by Creative United, a community interest company designed to support the creative economy through a range of products.
The programme provides tailored business support and access to finance options to enable the growth and development of the cultural and creative industries.
Since its nationwide launch in September 2014, 50 businesses have been supported by Creative Industry Finance.
