National firm Tilney Bestinvest has become the ‘gold sponsor’ for this summer’s Liverpool Contemporary Arts Fair, which will take place at the Royal Liver Buildings from 27 to 28 June (previewing on 26 June).

With 2015 marking the fair’s second consecutive year, the two-day event will feature more than 1,000 pieces of art from 40 high-calibre local, national and international artists and independent art galleries, including an exclusive £3.5m exhibition of the work of celebrated British painter LS Lowry.

Some 5,000 visitors are expected to attend across the weekend, with art lovers able to enjoy a programme of events and guided tours, while prospective buyers will find original artwork on sale from £50 to £10,000 and above.
