Nucleus has appointed Kirsty Lynagh in its newly established role of head of people and development.
Joining on 18 May, the newly-established role will see her report directly to managing director Stuart Geard and she will be part of the management team.
Ms Lynagh joins from Royal Bank of Scotland, where she held the position of organisational effectiveness consultant.
Mr Geard said that the firm’s staff are integral to the success of the business.
He said: “Talent management, leadership development, staff engagement, training and development, culture and values are just a few of the key areas we are committed to investing in now and in the future.”
Ms Lynagh added that her goal is to help support the growth of the business “by ensuring staff are inspired and supported to continue to deliver for its adviser community and beyond”.
At the start of this week (11 May), the platform published first quarter results showing gross inflows of £510m, up 6 per cent from £481m during the same period in 2014.
