Shore Financial Planning have recruited Fundsnetwork sales director Jon Treharne as its new head of advisory services, letting wife and chief executive Alison Treharne focus on client-facing work.

The firm has also moved into larger premises from their previous base at Cargo in Millbay, whilst re-launching their website to reflect these developments.

The business was established by Ms Treharne in 2009, after a 10-year career in London, culminating with Jupiter Fund Management.

She continues to advise, along with heading the firm, while her husband oversees the running of the business and chairs the investment committee.
