Paradigm announces departure of founding partner

Today (3 September) the Paradigm Group has announced Anthony Morrow is stepping down from his full time role to pursue other interests.

The firm added Mr Morrow will continue to act as a consultant to the business providing strategic support as well as working on specific projects.

Mr Morrow was a founding partner of Paradigm, which was established in 2007.

Today the firm provides a whole range of services to over 400 firms in the UK, from regulatory support and discretionary fund management to workplace solutions for auto-enrolment.

Paul Hogarth, chief executive of Paradigm, said: “Since the start of the year when Anthony told me of his wish to explore other areas, it has given us both an opportunity to reflect on just how far the business has come in the last eight and a half years.

“Now operating in several areas beyond the core regulatory support where it all started, Paradigm is well placed to continue to grow and take advantage of the many opportunities that lie ahead.

“I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude on behalf of Paradigm for the excellent contribution he has made to our collective achievements to date.”

Mr Morrow said: “It is obviously a day of both sadness and excitement to be stepping down from my full time role in a business in which we have achieved so much in such a relative short space of time.

“Paradigm is a fantastic business that punches well above its weight across a whole range of sectors and it is perfectly placed to continue on its path of success.

“After eight years I feel it is the right time for me to explore other interests that I believe offer the same challenge that I faced in 2007 when Paradigm was launched.

“I am very pleased to remain involved, and my consultancy role will still allow me to add, where required, my views and ideas on matters affecting the long term strategy and direction of the business.”
