SYZ Asset Management has appointed former Baring Asset Management director Hartwig Kos as co-head of its multi-asset team.
Based in London, Mr Kos will co-manage the Swiss banking group’s team of seven with Fabrizio Quirighetti.
He will also serve as vice-CIO of SYZ Asset Management and manager of the Oyster Multi-Asset Diversified fund.
Mr Quirighetti and his Geneva-based team will manage the Oyster Multi-Asset Absolute Return EUR and Oyster Absolute Return GBP and Fixed Income strategies.
Mr Kos was previously a director in the Global Multi Asset Group at Baring AM.
