First Complete sees August results

There has been no sign of a slowdown in the mortgage or protection market for its members, figures from network First Complete have suggested.

According to data from the network, brokers increased the total mortgage completions by 66 per cent and its life sales by 69 per cent in August compared to August 2014.

This means there were almost 3,500 protection cases and a similar number of mortgage cases this August, compared with approximately 2,100 protection cases and 2,071 mortgage cases in August 2014. There was also more than £500m worth of lending.
