There are two advisors to the board Baronness Drake and Lord Howard Flight.

David Dalton-Brown, director general of Tisa said: “Tisa’s board plays an essential role in the governance of the association. As our remit continues to grow it’s important that the board reflects this broader sphere of activity.

“Our non-executive directors provide invaluable advice and guidance from their positions as senior industry practitioners and I am delighted that we have been able to strengthen the board with the appointments of Elissa Bayer and David White.

“Our voice is increasingly being listened to in parliament, particularly as we present our Savings and Investments Policy project findings. It’s crucial that these proposals offer solutions to consumers from all walks of life and receive cross-party support. Jeannie Drake will be able to offer us a Labour Party perspective to help us to achieve this.”
