Ms Butler, who joined from her role as a business manager for East Anglia with Vodaphone, will work with a panel of brokers in east London, Kent, Sheffield and Ipswich.

Natwest Intermediary Solutions’ head of sales Mark Bullard, Head of Sales commented that they are both very capable individuals with the experience and drive to make a real difference to the brokers they will be working with.

Separately, Shawbrook Bank’s commercial division also added a new business development manager.

Krissy Salmon will be based in the south west region, providing support for brokers and working with the commercial team to ensure the application through to completion process is as efficient as possible.

She joins after 11 years at the Yorkshire Building Society, the last four of which as a business manager in the south west.

Emma Cox, head of sales for Shawbrook Commercial, commented: “The south west has been an underappreciated area of the country with regard to property investment and, considering her experience and broker contacts in the region, Krissy is ideally placed to expand the bank’s reach in this promising market.”
