JM Glendinning expands

A Yorkshire-based wealth management group has hired a retirement planning specialist as part of plans to grow.

JM Glendinning, which aims to double its size within two years, has hired retirement planning and wealth management specialist, Spencer Bennett, from Chartford Financial Management.

Mr Bennett, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, has a career that spans roles with national IFA businesses and a specialist medical and dental advisory business, before managing the Chartford business – the in-house IFA of a regional accountancy practice – for four and a half years.
