The two-star poor service category has increased from seven companies in 2014 to eight.
Those retaining their place in this service level include Suffolk Life, Aegon UK, Hodge Lifetime, Unum, Bupa and Abbey for Intermediaries.
Joining this category from the three-star service category is James Hay Partnership, while Primetime re-enters the Life and Pensions tables after having departed in 2014 following a four-star performance in 2013.
NOW: Pensions departs for the one-star category from last year’s two-star rating.

This year’s lowest rating category is now five-strong, having increased from last year’s three providers. Remaining in this category are Scottish Widows and Hornbuckle Mitchell.
