Joining this category from the three-star service category is James Hay Partnership, while Primetime re-enters the Life and Pensions tables after having departed in 2014 following a four-star performance in 2013.

Two more who could try harder

This year’s lowest rating category is now five-strong, having increased from last year’s three providers. Remaining in this category are Scottish Widows and Hornbuckle Mitchell.

They are joined by NOW: Pensions as well as Pointon York and Cater Allen, neither of whom were in the Life and Pensions table in 2014, but which both received a two-star rating in 2013.
