Yorsipp unveils new technical support service

Specialist pension provider Yorsipp has announced the launch of a new technical support service for advisers.

The new service was available from yesterday (16 December) and offers advisers a dedicated technical mailbox and the ability to schedule a web-based live chat session with Yorsipp’s team of technical specialists.

Mark Canning, head of business development at Yorsipp, said: “It is vital that advisers have access to this level of support at this current time especially. We are seeing a huge uplift in the pension led funding market.

“And with many advisers either entering the market for the first time, or returning to it, as a result of ‘pension freedoms’ opportunities there is an even greater need for quality, technical support across the full range of Sipp and Ssas pension offerings.

“By offering both field-based and remote face to face support we can provide appropriate guidance for advisers in whichever format suits them best.”
