Rebak exits HSBC after three decades

Jon Rebak has departed HSBC Global Asset Management after more than thirty years at the bank and asset manager.

Mr Rebak left the firm at the start of this month, with his portfolio responsibilities transferred to Justin Turner, Stephen Doran and David McNay, members of the bank’s wealth team.

The manager’s range of funds included the HSBC Open Global Return and Open Global Distribution funds, as well as the Growth and Income Fund of Funds.

HSBC said in a statement: “Jon Rebak has left HSBC Asset Management and his responsibilities as portfolio manager have been divided between other portfolio managers within the wealth team.”
