Atom builds its own CRM system for broker introducers

All Types of Mortgages has launched a customer relationship management (CRM) system with built in specialist sourcing system.

According to the specialist mortgage distributor’s managing director Dale Jannels, they looked at a number of different solutions to assist broker introducers.

“Having reviewed the market, we decided to write and commission our own new CRM from scratch, allowing us to control, change and enhance as needed with immediate implementation.

“We’ve called it Atom Together as our ethos encompasses a desire to work together with intermediaries, network partners and lenders.”

The firm has also integrated the Twenty7Tec sourcing system, so introducing partners only need one input to enquire, move to decision in principle, source, produce key facts documents and download pre-populated lender application forms.

Audit trails are downloadable when needed and brokers can upload documents, case track, send emails, receive SMS updates and more, explained Mr Jannels.

James Tucker, managing director of Twenty7Tec, said he has been “hugely impressed” with the new point of sale system that Atom have developed internally, so seamlessly integrating his sourcing system into that will offer numerous benefits and efficiencies.

Mr Jannels added that every lender on the Atom specialist panel is available on the new systems, along with their application forms.

“Although we would love our world to be paperless, a number of lenders still require paper forms and these can be pre populated from our system.”
