Rebranded broker boosts commission paid for leads

My Mortgage Experts has launched an enhanced commission package and proposition for introducers.

Encompass Financial Solutions recently adopted the new trading style of My Mortgage Experts.

Managing director Sam Hubbard explained that after looking at his brokegage over the last eight years, “a good part of our business” came from introductions from estate agents.

“We always focused on the customer, but realised that if we also focused on the introducer we’d actually get more leads.”

With that in mind, Mr Hubbard turned to rewards for introducers.

Most brokers will offer commission on a mortgage and insurance at initial introduction stage, but few seemed to take it any further than that.

“When we sell a mortgage we often sell insurance and other products to the customer, we also work hard to keep them when it comes to re-mortgaging and reviewing future insurance needs. Shouldn’t we reward the introducer when we make these sales too?” he asked.

The firm promised to continue paying commission for future remortgages or insurance policy sales, giving the opportunity to earn multiple times for the same introduction.

My Mortgage Expert’s customer relationship management system then schedules follow-up calls and emails for future reviews.

Introducers can then access client details through an online portal.

Mr Hubbard said “Now we’re launched our enhanced Investor Programme, rebranded and launched our new website we’re look forward to growing the business. And the great thing is the more we sell the more you earn; we all win.”
