Q&A: Discus’ Abbie Knight

My biggest influence is my grandmother. At 85 she was still walking three miles a day, doing aerobics for seniors and a computer course. She always inspired me every time I spoke to her.

Ashtanga yoga is my favourite way to relax. Every year I try to get away to a yoga retreat in Thailand, get a good dose of yoga and practice throughout the remainder of the year.
