Peters to leave Charles Stanley for Barclays Wealth

Charles Stanley investment manager Stephen Peters is set to leave the firm after nearly a decade.

Mr Peters currently serves as an investment manager working across the firm’s managed portfolio service, and is known for his analysis of the investment trust industry in particular. He will move to Barclays Wealth & Investment Management later this year.

A Charles Stanley spokesperson said: “Charles Stanley is grateful for his significant contribution to the firm over the past 10 years and wishes him the very best for the future.”

Before joining Charles Stanley he worked as an analyst at Hewitt Associates. A replacement for Mr Peters is expected to be announced in due course.
