Our dedicated claims team is one of the largest in the industry. It means that any client who makes a claim will be given a claim assessor – this person will then remain with them throughout the entire claims process. So we really are by their side.

We have also made it easy for advisers to start a claim on behalf of their clients.

However, we know we can do more to support your clients, so it is vital we continue to strengthen our claims process. That is why we have removed the need for wet signatures on documents, which has helped us to speed up the claims journey.

Our claims team have specialist knowledge that extends to all types of protection claims, whether for Life Insurance or Critical Illness. 

Once a decision has been made about an individual claim, we make every effort to pay valid claims as quickly as possible.
