Quilter FA enters partnership with workplace support firm

Quilter Financial Advisers has entered a partnership with workplace wellbeing company Circles, which is part of the Sodexo group.

Circles specialises in giving its clients an employee concierge and workplace support service which helps improve productivity, wellbeing and employee engagement.

The partnership will enable Quilter to deliver financial wellbeing and advice services to all of Circles’ clients and their employees as part of their wellbeing services.

Users of the service will also receive access to an online portal where they can view financial education articles on general personal finance and customised topics such as their workplace pension scheme.

Through the portal, they will be able to sign up to events on topics such as pre-retirement, redundancy, general financial planning, mortgages and equity release, and talks surrounding their specific group pension scheme. These events will be delivered onsite or via a webinar.

Amanda Cassidy, managing director of Quilter Financial Advisers, said: “We’re really excited to be working with Circles to help give its clients the tools they need to support employees to make the right financial decisions.

“Financial capability in the workplace is a growing area as more employers recognise the fundamental link between sustained financial resilience and overall employee wellbeing.

“This also marks an exciting new opportunity for Quilter Financial Advisers, which builds on our valued affinity relationships and the financial wellbeing and advice services we already offer to employees in the Quilter group.”

Additionally, Quilter will offer employees using Circles’ services a free initial advice consultation offered on an annual basis.

In the consultation employees will be given an opportunity to have an initial exploratory discussion on a variety of financial topics.

Michael Fildes, chief executive officer of Circles UK & Ireland, said: “Circles concierge services have a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of our clients’ employees by reducing stress and mental load.

“Employees cite their top anxieties and stresses as worries over family or finance, so I’m particularly pleased that our new and exciting partnership with Quilter Financial Advisers will offer financial support and education to our clients’ employees to further positively impact their holistic wellbeing.”
