Ex-Neptune head of US equities Felix Wintle is to team up with former M&G manager Alex Odd at the latter's new venture Tyndall Investment Management.
Mr Wintle left Neptune last year, ending a 12-year stint after a restructure of the company's fund range. He was replaced by James Hackman, who subsequently left four months later.
Mr Odd, who ran the M&G Dividend fund between 2010 and 2013, launched a new company called Odd Asset Management in early 2016 which has now been rebranded as Tyndall.
The founder declined to comment on whether Mr Wintle would be running a new portfolio at the company. Mr Odd previously told Investment Adviser last year that he was considering approaches from other managers regarding a possible expansion of the firm and product range.
Tyndall is currently home to just one portfolio, the £3m UK-equity focused VT Odd Real Income fund.
