Two partners exit in Ardevora restructure

Equity boutique Ardevora has reshuffled its teams as the firm focuses on its "next phase of growth", leading to the departure of two senior staff members.

Gianluca Monaco, a partner and manager at the fund firm, has left, with investment team members including Jeremy Lang (pictured), William Pattisson and Ben Fitchew absorbing his responsibilities. Meanwhile the firm has recruited three global equity analysts.

Chief operating officer Frances Chambers said: "As the group looks ahead to its next phase of growth, Ardevora has implemented a number of initiatives to ensure it can continue the success it has witnessed over the past seven years. As part of this effort, Gianluca Monaco has departed Ardevora."

In addition to this, partner and discretionary sales specialist Jon Garland has also left, with Hugh Rittner now overseeing Ardevora's client relations .
