Foster Denovo launches adviser platform

National advice firm Foster Denovo is to develop its own platform and range of model portfolios.

The platform has been constructed in partnership with Host Capital Digital Wealth Solutions and Third Platform Services.

The platform, which is branded Clearview, is available to Foster Denovo advisers and their clients, and was piloted in recent months with a group of the firm’s advisers.

Roger Brosch, chief executive of Foster Denovo, said: "We are continuously looking for innovative ways to assist our partners in achieving their clients’ investment and retirement goals.

"The new Clearview platform is competitively priced, meaning that our partners can offer exceptional service to their clients, whilst remaining in a competitive and advantageous position.

"The Dynamic Portfolios provide our partners with access to a range of uniquely designed investment portfolios to better meet client needs and increase their efficiency."

The model portfolios will be available on the platform and are a blend of active and passive investment products.

The portfolios are grouped into three, with accumulation for those clients furthest away from retirement, consolidation for those clients approaching retirement, and decumulation for those clients in retirement.

Each of the portfolios has its own benchmark and targets a specific rate of return and risk level.

Declan McAndrew, head of investment research at Foster Denovo, said: "The Dynamic Portfolios will offer an exciting investment proposition for Foster Denovo’s clients.

"The ability of the DPs to utilise the best solutions in both the active and passive space, while also being regularly reviewed externally and reacting dynamically to market movements, will allow us to provide clients with solutions more tailored to their individual investment needs."
