As we are all locked inside our homes, those lucky enough to work from home, big questions have arisen over whether we will ever return to the city centres in the way we did in the past.

Employers whose staff have been working from home have been asking them if they want to keep that arrangement, or have a blend of home/office life.

But what does that mean for our city centres, and the services that depend on passing trade?

Will the cultural and entertainment attractions bring the big crowds back in? And what impact will that have on investments?
