According to a new study, investors are increasing the amount they have invested in renewable energy – despite new Prime Minister Liz Truss pledging to restrict development in renewables.

The research by Thrive Renewables of 1000 UK retail investors found they were "deeply concerned" about the climate and energy crisis and wanted to take matters into their own hands by investing in renewables to find long-term, sustainable solutions.
