John Charcol has chosen the Criteria Hub platform to help its adviser better help their clients.
Criteria Hub has signed an agreement with the national mortgage brokerage to provide its directly authorised and appointed representative advisers with access to its platform.
The move means John Charcol advisers will now have full access to Criteria Hub’s platform, which will allow them to use its database on all kinds of specific criteria questions without having to visit multiple lender websites and make phone calls to lender helpdesks and BDMs.
Director Jason Hegarty said advisers will save a lot of time by only going to one place to research lender criteria.

Ray Boulger, senior mortgage technical manager at John Charcol, said its technical team had previously maintained a spreadsheet for its advisers, which showed key criteria details of different lenders.
But Criteria Hub will now provide an instant answer to some very detailed criteria questions, and also reduce the pressure on its technical team.
He added: "As a whole of market broker, it is essential for our consultants to be able to check lenders’ criteria quickly, with confidence that the information is accurate. Criteria Hub provides many ways to search, from the complete criteria of a specific lender to a comparison of which lenders can meet multiple criteria requirements."
