TSB joins Paradigm lender panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added TSB to its lender panel.

Launched in 2007, the mortgage distributor business has a current membership of more than 1,200 directly authorised firms and has added 14 lenders to its panel in the past 12 months.

Some Paradigm member firms can now access TSB’s lending products, including fixed and variable rate residential and buy-to-let mortgages.

Included in TSB’s available product range are buy-to-let products with a loan-to-value up to 75 per cent with a maximum loan size of £500,000 and fixed rate residential mortgages ranging from two to ten years available to first-time buyers, home-movers up to 95 per cent LTV and remortgages up to 90 per cent LTV.

John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said the company was pleased to be starting a new relationship with TSB and believed Paradigm advisers would find the addition a welcome one.

He said: "At Paradigm we want to ensure that our members have access to the right products and at the right terms - we are looking forward to working closely with the TSB team in order to develop its offering with our members."

Mr Coffield said TSB was committed to delivering outstanding service to intermediaries and their experienced team of business development managers offered an excellent service and were on hand to help and would return calls the same day.

He also said TSB would process mortgage applications within 48 hours, giving direct access to underwriters on referred cases.

Roland McCormack, mortgage distribution director at TSB, said: "Based on broker requests we are delighted to welcome Paradigm Mortgage Services to our panel - working with Paradigm allows us to give our directly authorised brokers more choice on how they access TSB."

In May, Paradigm Mortgage Services teamed up with Castlight Financial to launch a tool allowing brokers to process mortgages in under 10 minutes
