Two-year fixed mortgage rates dip

"There will be other lenders who clearly are not keen to attract much attention judging by their current rates, possibly because they have limited funds to lend in a particular space or have service issues and want to slow down the number of incoming applications." 

Ms Lummis said it is vital borrowers seek whole of market advice from a mortgage adviser who knows which lenders to avoid and the ones who want to lend now and have rates to prove it.
