I have just read Simon Webster’s Diary of an Adviser in the latest edition of Financial Adviser (FA, 12 January).
How refreshing to hear of an adviser who doesn’t like mornings and spends an entire day of their week dealing with compliance and IT.
It makes such a change from virtually every other Diary of an Adviser entry where every adviser seems to be in the gym for two hours a day from 05:30 in the morning, has new exciting client meetings every day (which are always successful) and never has any administration problems.
Simon Webster, I salute you.
