Customer complaints can only get you so far; a sliver of compensation, an email 'apologising' for ongoing issues.

But no end in sight; no absolute reassurance that things will get better very, very soon.

And while commuters, customers and advisers keep complaining about poor service, and the service does not seem to be improving, one has to ask whether we who hope for a resolution are simply expecting too much?
