We later adapted this process for people experiencing homelessness, with the help of Shelter, and now work with more than 100 charities across 120 branches, helping over 800 people so far.
At a time when banks are facing major operational challenges themselves, why do this? Put simply, it’s because it’s the right thing to do. The industry must be united in this approach to vulnerability.
We’ve come a long way in the last few years but there is still so much more we can and will continue to do to support society’s most vulnerable.
