This relaunch will include a platform switch to a new desktop cloud platform which Bestinvest said was in an effort to reach better performance levels.
Rigo said the firm was aware the option of an app was “a gap” the firm needed to address. “It is high on our priority list to develop one in the course of this year,” she said.
The platform has also changed its pricing, including share trading costs being cut from £7.50 to £4.95 - effective February 1.
Other price changes include the scrapping of the Sipp administration fee, and the account fee tiers for Sipps will be harmonised with those for Isas, Junior Isas and General Investment Accounts.
