Advisers will not have access to the Intelliflo Office platform due to maintenance being carried out over the Jubilee bank holiday weekend.

In an update, Intelliflo said that starting on June 2, it will be completing the final part of its AWS migration.

“This work is important as it will enable us to continue to scale and build for your future,” it wrote. “The work is scheduled to complete by the end of Sunday, June 5, 2022.”

During its maintenance period, Intelliflo Office, Intelliflo Personal Finance Portal, Intelliflo Planning and its API's will be unavailable.

The notice originally said it expects to bring the solutions back online at some point on June 3.

“However, there is a possibility of sporadic downtime over the course of June 3, 4 and 5 as we complete the remaining parts of the migration work and testing,” it added.

“Once all work and testing are completed, all areas and services will be available again.”

Intelliflo said the dates proposed are subject to change based on the outcome of its final preparation work.

“We appreciate that there is never a good time to take the system offline; however, we aim to reduce the disruption by choosing the Queen's Jubilee bank holiday.”

In April, advisers raised concerns about the platform after it was out of use over the Easter weekend for maintenance work.

Last year, advisers were struggling to use Intelliflo as a result of tech issues affecting the back-office system.
