LifeQuote launches real-time case tracking

Specialist protection service LifeQuote has launched a new case-tracking system that provides real-time updates on all cases.

The system enables advisers to see a summary of all protection applications from all insurers in one place, whether ‘in progress’, ‘awaiting start date’, ‘at risk’ or ‘completed’.

As well as enhanced details of all live cases, including all correspondence with clients, advisers will have access to a new ‘key milestones’ filter that enables advisers to see what client information is required and whether it has been returned or not.

Advisers will also be able to track cases post-completion with notifications of direct debit cancellations and lapses, while details of commission payments and a full case administration history of completed cases are also available.

Neil McCarthy, sales and marketing director, LifeQuote, said: “The new system, which is accessible 24/7 from any online device will save advisers lots of time and hassle.

“It has been designed following feedback from advisers, and in collaboration with insurers, to provide a simple, efficient and quick single, secure point of reference for all advisers’ protection cases.”

Peter Anstee, business development manager at London-based Anstee and Co, commented: “Anything that creates capacity and gives online access is always welcome. The sort of things we do not want to be doing is phoning companies up for updates and logging in to different systems, so anything that coordinates that information is a major leap forward.”
