FCA wants to 'break new ground' with consumer duty

Financial Conduct Authority chief executive Nikhil Rathi has said the regulator was “at the foothills” of becoming more “innovative, adaptive, assertive and proactive” and was breaking "new ground" with the incoming consumer duty.
