Tenet links with mortgage lender

Tenet has formed a link with Foundation Home Loans to allow their members to go direct rather than through a packager.

Foundation Home Loans was formed two years ago as an intermediary-only lender and recently moved into the residential sector.

TenetLime managing director Gemma Harle said: “Foundation Home Loans have a refreshing approach to mortgage lending, with clear, efficient processes and consistently fair lending criteria.

“Their ability to help borrowers - and even first time buyers - with minor credit problems is a facility which our members will find particularly useful.

“And their recent expansion into the residential sector, from their traditional buy-to-let base, is also another attractive feature.”

This is the latest in a series of deals Tenet has reached with providers.

In April the network sign a contract with Age Partnership for the provision of equity release advice to its advisers and their clients.

Jeff Knight, Foundation Home Loans director of marketing, said: “Tenet has a fantastic reputation as a network, so we are naturally delighted to be joining their panel, allowing their advisers to access our range of specialist mortgage products.”
