Financial adviser to the stars charged with rape

Financial adviser Frank Cochran has been charged with rape and will appear in court next month.

The 59-year-old has also been charged with one count of harassment, two counts of assault of a female as well as one count of rape.

He has also been charged with one count of sexual assault on a female and one count of engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour.

Mr Cochran, of Church Eaton in Staffordshire, has been bailed to appear before at Cannock Magistrates Court on Wednesday 6 September.

He is a director of FSC Investment Services in Wolverhampton and Celebrity Financial Planning.

Through CFP, which he founded in 2008, Mr Cochran became famous for providing financial advice to celebrities such as Premier League footballers.

One of his high profile clients was former Atomic Kitten Kerry Katona who hired him to help her find her missing millions.
