Fund manager Miton Optimal UK have announced the acquisition of Wolverhampton-based intermediary business Central Investment Planning.
Miton Optimal UK was formed in October 2016 when Coram Asset Management was acquired by Channel Islands-based investment manager Miton Optimal.
The company also acquired Minerva Fund Managers in July 2017.
Central Investment Planning has assets under advice exceeding £100m.
The company will change its name to Miton Optimal Portfolio Management as a result of the acquisition.
