Old Mutual Wealth swoops on IFA to add £40m

Old Mutual Wealth has announced the acquisition of A&M Financial Services, an intermediary firm based in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

The acquisition adds £40m of assets under advice to the Old Mutual Wealth business.

Clients of the firm will be serviced from Old Mutual Wealth’s London office.

Old Mutual Wealth was created in 2015, and since then has made a swathe of acquisitions, and currently employs more than 50 financial advisers.

The firm had assets under administration of £131.3bn in the last set of accounts, covering the period to 30 September 2017.
