Simplybiz strikes major employee benefits deal

Simplybiz Group has signed a three-year contract with Taylor Wimpey to
deliver an employee benefits package to more than 5,000 employees.

Zest, the employee benefits technology platform of the Simplybiz Group, will
provide employee benefits technology to FTSE 100 residential development company, Taylor Wimpey, as part of the agreement.

Zest has been designed to help employees fully understand the value of their total reward package and enables employers, and advisers on their behalf, manage their auto enrolment obligations, offer flexible benefits, improve financial education, manage HR data, streamline scheme administration and maximise the potential for worksite marketing.

According to Simplybiz, more than 350 UK companies, ranging in size from tens to thousands of employees, use Zest, and it is promoted or sold under license.

Zest's partners include Aviva, KPMG, Hargreaves Lansdown, Lorica, Mercer and Now: Pensions.

Matt Timmins, co-chief executive of Simplybiz, said: "Taylor Wimpey is widely
recognised by the likes of Glassdoor as being one of the best companies to
work for in the UK.

"The fact that they have appointed Zest to help them to
maintain their strong reputation through the implementation of our world-
class employee benefits platform is a significant endorsement of the Zest
solution.

"It is also pleasing to see another large company and household name joining
our growing roster of clients."
