Openwork rated one of the best companies to work for

Swindon-based Openwork, one of the UK's largest financial advice networks, has been ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the south west.

It was placed 25th in the 75-strong list, compiled by Best Companies, which recognises the organisations that are leading the field in creating engaging and exciting workplaces.

Openwork, which employs around 500 staff at its Swindon HQ, was ranked higher than several major international brands, including EY and Vodafone.

Mark Duckworth, chief executive of Openwork, said: "I am thrilled that Openwork has been ranked as one of the south west's best companies to work for.

"This hard-fought and celebrated accolade underlines Openwork's determination to support its employees and to foster an open, collaborative, diverse and engaging environment.

"I am committed to increasing employee engagement and continuing to hone Openwork into an organisation that engenders happiness, purpose and pride in its people."

Openwork was also ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the authoritative Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2019 list, placing 60th.

Openwork Limited, which also features in FTAdviser's Top 100 Financial Advisers list, has more than 3,900 financial advisers operating across the UK.

It operates as a directly authorised, multi-panel distribution network.
