The Covid-19 pandemic has, at the very least, wreaked havoc over all our lives, and for many has meant hardship and loss.

For advisers, they have been affected by it as much as many other professions - though as has become apparent in many situations, there is consensus that there has been some good as well as bad to come out of the crisis.

Much has been said of the change to advisers' working practices - how have advisers adapted to moving everything online? And indeed, how have clients reponded.

There has by necessity been an impact on clients' pension funds - and quite possibly their investment behaviour has changed as well.

All these issues have thrown up dilemmas for financial advisers, as they, along with everyone else, have been forced to adapt extremely quickly to a challenging new environment.

This guide attempts to shed some light on what these challenges have been, and aims to address some advisers' concerns. It is worth an indicative 60 minutes' CPD.
