Vulnerability and compassion
At the start of the pandemic we saw first hand how so many leaders lead with vulnerability and compassion. We are learning throughout this time the need for emotional literacy and conversations through compassion and vulnerability can help us smash the stigma of mental health and tackle the bias that exists as we talk about race.
If we accept what we see we will not change. I would invite you to engage in the conversation about race and take a moment to score your mental wellbeing.
