Impact Specialist Finance is recruiting self-employed mortgage advisers as it looks to expand its brokerage.

The broker, packager and distributor said it was in a position to expand after seeing a rise in referrals on specialist and complex borrowers.

Dale Jannels, managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, said: “We’re seeing a vast increase in referrals from a number of key partners requesting assistance with specialist and complex scenarios for a range of borrowers, which means we are in the privileged position to expand the business.

“We’re looking for experienced advisers who will appreciate the additional support that comes from an established family business and a role which can also provide them with additional flexibility, greater earning potential plus a level of freedom and work autonomy that may be lacking in their current role.”

Impact is based in West Sussex with a branch in Horsham, although prospective brokers can be based nationally.

The firm has not set a limit on the number of brokers it is looking to recruit, who will have access to tech support and operate under the Impact brand.

The independent, family-run business was established in 1991 and operates nationally.

Interested mortgage advisers are invited to contact Mr Jannels via LinkedIn.
