Standard Life is launching a series of technology updates in a bid to support advisers and their businesses.

Its ‘adviser experience programme’ will deliver a series of new features and technology updates around digital experience, client reporting and business intelligence, investment and pension products and customer service.

According to the provider, technology developments in the pipeline include a new front end interface, fully enabled e-signatures, automated adviser charging feeds, multiple personal portfolios, a fully online SIPP including drawdown, as well as a junior SIPP and ISA.

Noel Butwell, CEO, Adviser at Standard Life, said: “We want to offer advisers technology that gives them simple but effective solutions with greater controls, all while making their businesses more efficient, enabling them to provide exceptional, personalised experiences to their clients.

“Our programme will meet this demand head on, providing market leading experience and functionality to our adviser partners.”

The programme will run throughout this year and next, with advisers kept up-to-date on changes as they are made available, according to Standard Life.

The provider added that training and an online support hub with demonstrations and user guidance will support the rollout, and that advisers will be able to give feedback on new products and services.
