Sarah Lord joins financial planner as growth chief
Sarah Lord, president of the Personal Finance Society

Personal Finance Society president Sarah Lord has joined Cooper Parry Wealth as chief growth officer to support its expansion plans in the UK.

Lord has been a board member at the firm for five years, having served in senior positions at multiple advice firms in the past, including as chief client officer of Succession Wealth, a partner of Mazars and at Killik & Co.

As a fellow of the PFS, a chartered financial planner and a chartered wealth manager, she is also one of the highest qualified female financial planners in the UK.

The appointment comes as Cooper Parry Wealth increased its London presence with a new office space in Shoreditch, following revenue growth of 30 per cent in the first quarter of this year, according to the firm.

Stephen Jones, chief executive of Cooper Parry Wealth, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah on board. Her unique experience and outstanding reputation in helping companies achieve profitable growth will give our ambitious plans even more impetus.”

Lord added: “I am hugely excited by this opportunity. Since I started talking to Cooper Parry Wealth, I’ve been so impressed with their culture and values which are very much aligned with my own.

"My focus will be on developing and shaping our growth, expanding client solutions and driving wider reach with increased brand awareness.”

Lord was re-elected as PFS president for a second term in September

Cooper Parry Wealth is part of accountancy firm Cooper Parry.
